Moong Dal Dosa – Pesarattu

Moong dal(yellow) dosa is our first breakfast recipe. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It means breaking the fast. Literally, not eating for the whole night. By doing this we just allow our body to digest whatever we had for a whole day. This is the reason why breakfast is so important. Our body starts all the activities from the morning and it needs the right food to start a day.

Here is our first recipe which is quick and also healthy . When you say it’s Dosa kids also love it. The best part is you don’t need the fermented batter for this dosa.

2. Lukewarm water

3. Cumin seed (according to your taste)

Method of Making the Dosa

5. If you want to add some stuffing to it like Potato or Cottage cheese or just onions or Tomatoes you can add them before flipping it.

6.After cooking on both the sides your Moong dal dosa or Pesarattu is ready to serve.

7.You can serve it with green chutney or ketchup or garlic tomato chutney.
