During a visit to the museum, in M HKAFEswiveling you can admire a refreshing drink and food. On the other side of Antwerpen-Zuid, you will find the Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp. It is considered as one of the cutest cafes in Antwerp. The surrounding roof terraces with beautiful views of both the river Scheldt and the city give cooling during the summer months. Esco*Bar is a cosy coffee house arranged near the central station of Antwerp in Belgium, so it’s easy to locate. There are so many things that are absolutely delightful about Esco*Bar. However, the coffee house just glances like one big, inviting living room. The name comes from one of the owners last name – Vicky Calderon Escobar. How about a cappuccino with cookie crunch, a latte with white Maltesers or a hot chocolate with Haribo sweets? They particularly offer an age range of beverages and drinks. 

Besides coffee, they also serve breakfast & lunch, with plenty of vegetarian options. There’s also plenty of pies to select from or other things to stay in your sweet tooth – like a bar of white-hot chocolate!

The ambience consists of Spanish signs, some family photos as well as a few traditional Chilean ‘mate’ pots. Mate is a kind of caffeinated drink that originates from South America. You will find these ‘teapots’ very fascinating. between the De Keyserlei and the city park. You can easily catch your train, tram or bus from here. An excellent spot to begin or end your day in your stay in Antwerp.
