What is the VISITWallonia Pass?
In the current situation where the entire work is suffering from the novel coronavirus, the tourism industry has suffered major drawbacks in order to bring things back to normal. How Do I Get My VISITWallonia Pass?
VISITWallonia pass is issued by the Walloon Government and Tourism Minister Valérie De Bue. Your pass will be issued just with a few clicks and here you have a chance to spend 80Euroes in wonderful Wallonia. It’s very simple, yet you must be quick as it’s limited stock.

- Once completed, you will receive a QR-Code by email.
- Present it, via your smartphone or in printed form, at the reservation or at the reception desk during your visit/stay.
- The amount spent will be automatically deducted from your pass.
The first wave of distribution
On Wednesday, May 5, 25,000 Visit Wallonia passes were allocated to 25,000 households who enrolled at 8:00 am on the visitwallonia.be site. More than 100,000 people were associated simultaneously from the beginning of the operation, which caused some computer bugs. The passes were issued to 25,000 households. The passes allotted during this following wave of distribution will be accepted until June 30, 2021. They are neither interchangeable nor refundable, and cannot be traded to others. Each pass is subjective and tourism providers are facilitated to verify the correspondence of the data. The first wave of distribution was also very successful last October 5 and had enabled 20,000 households to receive the precious sesame. 63.85% of them were used incorporating 24.21% partially spent. The passes were used by almost 50% of the providers registered in the program.
How and where can you use it?
It’s very simple to use, You receive a QR-Code by email from the address no-reply@cirklo-light.com. You just have to present the QR code on a smartphone, tablet, or printed version to the chosen tourist operator. This will scan the QR code of the price of the service. It can be utilized all at once or more instalments according to the user’s discretion, at the Walloon tourist operators participating in the operation and whose list, frequently updated, appear on the VISITWallonia.be site. You just need to select from the several activities where you can use your Visit Wallonia pass. For a low-cost outing in Wallonia! You can use your VISITWallonia Pass at attractions, lodging and with coach operators participating in the action. Some Walloon coach operators also offer suggestions for excursions in Wallonia. More than 700 tourist operators are taking part in the action. Unused passes have been and will be reinjected into the second and third wave of distribution.
What if you didn’t get your pass yet?
People who have not yet collected a pass will be eligible to try their luck again from July 5, again with a validity of 2 months, until August 31. - How long is your VISITWallonia Pass valid?
The validity of VISITWallonia Passes distributed in May is assigned for June 30, 2021. There will be no extension.
- How will you present VISITWallonia Pass in online reservations?
It is competent to always contact the chosen provider by phone or e-mail and let them know that you want to use your VISITWallonia Pass. They will offer you:

- Cautions
- The number of VISITWallonia Passes is limited.
