Mango season is just making me talk about Mango in my food articles. Today I am sharing one more recipe for Mango fruit. Very easy and quick. No-bake cheesecake.
Normally, Cheesecake has a very lengthy procedure but here I will be sharing the very short, quick, and fast recipe. Also very attractive as the desert .
Let me not take more time. Here I am not using Gelatin or Agar Agar because I always make it in a glass or a jar. You need to use them when you make it in a cake tin.
Ingredients for Mango Cheesecake :
1. Lotus Biscuits or Parle-g biscuits
2. Butter (melted)
3. Cream Cheese, Here I am using Mascarpone Cheese. You can use Philadelphia Cheese or Hung Curd is also a good option. (Half hung curd + Half fresh cream)
4. Sugar Powder according to your taste
5. Whipped Cream
6. Aamras
7. Chopped Mango pieces
Method :
1. First Layer – first layer or the last layer is of biscuit. Crush the biscuits in the mixer. Crush them with the breaks in between.
2.Take out the mixer in a bowl. Add melted butter in it and mix it well. Add the quantity of the butter in such a way that you get the crumbly texture. Now put it on the side.
3. For The Middle Layer – Take a big bowl to add Cream cheese, whipped cream, and Powder sugar. Mix it with the Fold method. At this stage, you can add any flavor like strawberry, blackberry, mango, etc. Here I have kept it plain as I like it a lot .
4. Add drops of Vanilla essence in it and mix it well again with the Fold Method .keep it on the side
5.Since I am preparing it in a glass , I have filled this mixture in the piping bag and kept it on the side .
Time to Assemble it in the glass or a jar :
1 . Take a deep big Glass , I am using wine glass here .
2. Lower most layer of biscuit -Put the mix of biscuit in it and press it with something to make it even.
3. Put in the fridge for minimum 10 mins so that it settle down nicely . This layer is known as Gram Cracker .
4. Middle Layer – take out the glass from the fridge and pour the mixer of Cream cheese with the help of a piping bagBake.
5. Try to make it even and allow it to settle down by putting it in the fridge for some time. I haven’t kept it in the fridge and also tried to make the texture in the glass with the mixer of Cream cheese.
6. Now is the interesting part. Pour AAMRAS over it and you will love the color that will be seen in the texture that we made with the cream cheese mix on the glass.
7. Add some pieces of Mango at the top .
8. Add some whipped cream at the top (optional , I love whipped cream with all the desserts )
9. Add some drops of AAMRAS on it and serve it chilled .
