Being a mother is the most unexplainable emotion in the world & the care for new one is also one of the most

important thing in the world for a mother.Once the news gets out that there’s a bun in the oven, you’re treated like a flower. Birthday flower has to be very cautious about their bud.

Precautions taken during first trimester of pregnancy;

  • Avoid alcohol
  • Avoid sea foods and fishes
  • Cigarettes injurious during pregnancy
  • Sauna and hot tubes should be avoided
  • Self medication could be harmful
  • Avoid caffeine
  • Be cautious about your diet

   Always monitor your health and baby’s growth. Never miss your parental visits.

Precautions taken during second trimester of pregnancy:

   Second trimester is known as the honeymoon period of pregnancy. Most of the development of the brain and other organs of the baby is during this period.

  • Refrain from taking unnecessary supplements
  • Do not sleep on your tummy
  • Avoid taking any antibiotics
  • Avoid wearing high heels
  • Avoid wearing tight clothes
  • Don’t lift heavy weight
  • Don’t sit idly

  Do follow the precautions of your first trimester & immediately visit the Doctor if you have any discomforts, pain or  bleeding.

Precautions taken during the third trimester of the pregnancy:

   Now the one you loved it’s very near to be in your arms. Very soon you will be welcoming the young life to home you have been protecting since all those time.

  • Monitor your baby’s movement
  • Don’t miss your doctor’s appointment
  • Beware of preeclampsia
  • Be updated about your contractions
  • Be in constant touch with your health care doctor
  • Always have your family support

     Pregnancy is a very sensitive period and following precautions could help you a lot to safeguard both the lives.
