Kids are always looking for some munching at a picnic. If we have a healthy option why provide them with something that is not.
And also very short recipe thats what all the mothers like. Very easy ,tried and tested .
Ingredients :
- Mashed potatoes
- Cheese (grated )
- Chili flakes
- Refined flour or Cornflour (more preferable)
- salt
- Bread crumbs
- oil for frying / Baking is also an option
Method:
- Take a big bowl. Take all the ingredients and mix them well.
- Cover it well and refrigerate it for approximately 20 mins.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll it on a dry surface in thin rolls using your palms.
- Cut it with the knife into equal balls and keep the oil to heat it
- Deep fry the balls and take them out on the tissue papers.
- Serve it with Ketchup .
