Potato Nuggets – healthy munching for your picnic

Kids are always looking for some munching at a picnic. If we have a healthy option why provide them with something that is not.

And also very short recipe thats what all the mothers like. Very easy ,tried and tested .

Ingredients :

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Cheese (grated )
  • Chili flakes
  • Refined flour or Cornflour (more preferable)
  • salt
  • Bread crumbs
  • oil for frying / Baking is also an option

Method:

  1. Take a big bowl. Take all the ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Cover it well and refrigerate it for approximately 20 mins.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll it on a dry surface in thin rolls using your palms.
  4. Cut it with the knife into equal balls and keep the oil to heat it
  5. Deep fry the balls and take them out on the tissue papers.
  6. Serve it with Ketchup .
