It’s Diwali !!!!We are always looking for something amazing and also less time consuming .
Here I have got a simple , quick and healthy dessert for your Diwali party . I am sure you might have heard of it .
Here I have something new for you.I am sharing my mother’s recipe here which is being loved by everyone .
Vanilla Custard with fruits
Ingredients :
- 2 cups of Milk
- 3 tbsp of Vanilla custard powder
- sugar according to your taste
- Fruits of your choice – I prefer Apple, banana, strawberries from above and grapes if you like.
Method
- Take a big vessel that is also deep.
- Pour milk in it and allow it to boil once.
- Take a small bowl and add 4 to 5 tbsp of milk (cold) now add 3 tbsp of vanilla Custard in it and mix well. I always do this before to avoid the lumps in the custard.
- After mixing it add it to the boiling milk and allow it to boil one more time.
- Once you see the consistency is thick enough put the vessel on the side and allow it to cool.
- After the custard gets the room temperature move it to the fridge and allow it to cool.
- Once you take it out from the fridge, you can add fruits to it or Pour the vanilla custard in a glass or a shot glass and place fruits over it and whipped cream is my favorite.
